3. Checkout, Billing, and Repository Access

• Payments are processed by Stripe or an authorized provider.
• Source delivery is tied to your account and may require linking a GitHub account for repository access.
• If billing fails or a charge is reversed, access may be limited or revoked where permitted by law.

4. Refunds

Refund handling follows the policy stated at checkout and applicable consumer protection laws. Where source access has already been granted, refund eligibility may be limited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
