1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.

2. License and Use of the Boilerplate
- Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a license to use and modify the purchased boilerplate source code for commercial projects.
- You may build products and client projects using the codebase.
- You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute the boilerplate itself as a competing starter or template product.
3. Checkout, Billing, and Repository Access
- Payments are processed by Stripe or an authorized provider.
- Source delivery is tied to your account and may require linking a GitHub account for repository access.
- If billing fails or a charge is reversed, access may be limited or revoked where permitted by law.
4. Refunds
Refund handling follows the policy stated at checkout and applicable consumer protection laws. Where source access has already been granted, refund eligibility may be limited.
